Le Passage

LE PASSAGE is a popular queer café project in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, led by Astrid Perdrix, which consists of a positive, inclusive living space that promotes understanding of gender and sexual orientation issues among the general public. Our pillars: (1) culture - we give the floor to queer artists/intellectuals on a variety of subjects and formats (writing workshops, conferences, culture quizzes, ...). (2) integration - in partnership with the Le Refuge Foundation, we help young LGBT+ people from broken homes to find employment and become self-sufficient. (3) solidarity - we create a dynamic of social ties and mutual aid (suspended drinks, free ticketing, etc.) Our aim is to co-construct this space with as many players as possible from the LGBT+ ecosystem and the local area (Paris 10ème, Grange aux Belles), including associations, collectives, suppliers and, of course, volunteers, who will be the soul of the space.
